Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Contact help@avbeverly.com or use our website’s live chat within this period, including your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.

Our team will provide the return instructions and address. Please contact us before sending your piece so we can guide you through the process.

Return postage

Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Original delivery is free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we’ll confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect creations

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a resolution at no cost to you, including any necessary shipping.

Our lifetime promise

Every AV piece is backed by a lifetime warranty. If it ever fades or breaks, we’ll replace it at no cost. Discover our lifetime warranty.
