Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Scratches, dents, or intentional damage
- Water exposure, perfumes, lotions, sweat, or harsh chemicals
- Any modifications or repairs done outside AV
How to Claim
To request a warranty replacement, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the item
We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims that show signs of misuse or repeated abuse.
